The photographer made a mistake and the picture is out of focus/ has a blotch of light/ has eyes closed in every shot etc., can I get a retake?

Contact your school to find out what day their Retake/Make-up day is scheduled.

If there is a photographer error we are happy to re-photograph your child at our expense. Make sure your child makes it to school on the Retake/Make-up Day.
