Why do I have to pay for a retake?

The initial photo session is complimentary. Subsequent retakes due to our errors will also be provided at no charge.

Due to the subjective nature of photography and children's unpredictable behavior, retakes for non-photographer errors incur a $10 fee. This small charge allows us to offer additional sessions for parents who want more choices.

Retakes may be ordered during the viewing period prior to make up day.
