What is your Retake Policy?

If your school has a Make-up schedule we're delighted to re-photograph your student for only $10. Here are a few reasons you may want a retake:

• You wish they had worn something different
• Your student needed a haircut
• You wish they had combed their hair
• You wanted “smile” and they wanted “cool”
• You just want to give it another go

When we make a mistake, or if there is a photographer error we are happy to re-photograph your child at our expense.

How to Request a Retake/Make-up Session:

1. Login to your MugsyClicks account.
2. When viewing your photos online click the retake button to order a retake.

This option expires at 12:01 AM the day of the school's scheduled Make-up session. All retakes must take place on the school's Make-up photo day. No private sessions are available at this price.
