ID cards are shipped separately from print/digital orders by the lab, and are produced in a separate department. Turnaround time in that department is typically 24-48 hours.
Please look in your mailbox for an envelope from USPS containing your replacement ID. If you have not received your replacement card within 7 days of placing the order, please contact one of our support agents to help in locating it or shipping a new one.
