Online Orders:
All shipping and tracking information is available in your account under View Orders. To access your tracking information, click on the Order number.
School Placed Orders:
If you preordered online or via envelope through the school, your order will be delivered to the school. School-placed orders are sent to the school and distributed to your child via their teacher.
These are the most likely reasons you have not received your prints:
- We never received the order.
- The prints/order are awaiting distribution by the school or teacher.
- The prints/order are in the student's desk, cubby, backpack, or carpool car.
In order for us to issue a replacement print, we need to determine if we received the order. We can all order envelopes and it takes a bit of time to search through them all, so please allow us time to do so. If we do not have a record of receipt we require proof of purchase. A canceled check is fine.
Please check all of these places. If you are still unable to locate them, click here and include your Order Confirmation Number and our Customer Support Team will help you.
Please note there is a 60 day grace period regarding missing order requests.
