Best Practices to Avoid Missing Students/Staff Members in Yearbook.

To avoid missing student/staff images* in a Yearbook Download:

• Obtain current Class Rosters 
• Enlist help in comparing portrait pages to rosters to assure all subjects are present and named properly.
• Involve teachers in reviewing these classroom pages
• Confirm information regarding students who have left or should be "not photographed"
• Utilize OPIE on your School Dashboard to review images and subjects.  You can download replacement images there if needed.
