Why can't I see my photos?

Once you enter your photo Access Code the gallery of images will be listed on the right-hand side of the page. Click on this gallery to see the images.

There are 3 reasons why you may not see images in your gallery:

1. The job is still in editing and has not yet been uploaded. Please allow at least 3 weeks from photo day for images to be edited, color corrected, data matched, and uploaded.
2. The subject was not photographed on the scheduled photo day.
3. There is a broken image link to the gallery.
