School Inquiry - Missed Retake

If a student misses the final Make-up session our policy is to refund any paid fees. This policy is clearly stated at the time they signed up for the retake.

Hopefully, the parent can review the original selection of images and find one that will work. We are unable to photograph a student from one school at another school as there are often policies prohibiting off-campus students on a closed campus.

To avoid missing retake subjects we recommend downloading the list of Makeup Subjects from your School Dashboard the morning of the make up photo session. This will reflect the most up-to-date list of all makeup and retake subjects. (Parents can order retakes up to 12:01 AM the morning of the scheduled make up session).
