Retakes: Why do you charge for retakes and what is your policy regarding walk on retake requests?

Our Retake Policy:

The initial photo session is complimentary. Subsequent retakes due to our errors will also be provided at no charge.

Due to the subjective nature of photography and children's unpredictable behavior, retakes for non-photographer errors incur a $10 fee. This small charge allows us to offer additional sessions for parents who want more choices and underwrites the cost of additional service products and data handling.

Retakes may be ordered during the viewing period prior to Make Up Day.  (see how to order retake)

Charging a fee for retakes also supports a more manageable Make Up Photo Day for both our teams.

Walk-ons to the camera on Make Up Day:

Make Up Days are a limited schedule and students who have not reserved time by purchasing or requesting a complementary retake from either your team, or our customer service,  create confusion and data issues for our photographers.  If we don't have them on the list, we don't have information for either of our data systems which can carry issues all the way into the yearbook.   

We are always willing to rephotograph a child by Admin request/approval but we can not allow children to make that determination by just showing up to the camera.
